WINTER CLOTHES DISTRIBUTION TO THE EON CHILDREN

Winter Clothes (Warm Jackets, Trousers and inner wears were distributed to the needy EON Children that are staying in Hostel. Two of our EON staff went to check up on the EON children that are studying and staying in the Prithwi Boarding School. The children were doing great and fine. Their academic progress were also really good.

related to education for the orphan children in the past tenure and various other future development approaches.

Our EON children performing dance and other activities on the ocassion of Parent's Day at Prithwi Boarding School. Two of our EON staff went there to give them company and support. The progressive report of the children were outstanding. They were really happy to recieve such an huge support from our donors. 9th AGM of 2076 (June 16, 2019) EON
The general meeting of Education for Orphans of Nepal was duly called and held on 6/17/2019 at Chuchepatii in presence of Mr. Ang Kami Sherpa – President to discuss about various issues related to education for the orphan children in coming tenure and various other organizational issues. The meeting was conducted in presence of members listed below who provided their valuable feedback to make the meeting a successful one.

World Economic Forum in Geneva Receives EON Award
oIn 2010, the World Economic Forum in Cologny/Geneva Switzerland became the first Patron of the Education for Orphans of Nepal charity. Due to the +15 year relationshipf MatterhornNepal-GuideSource Treks & Expeditions' guiding outdoor activities for the Forum, the Founder and Executive Chairman Professor Klaus Schwab, expressed interest in supporting the EON Charity's work. Prof Schwab has been promoting education on a global scale for many years, and has invested a great deal of time, interest and funding toward fostering that commitment. When Prof Schwab learned of the efforts in Nepal by the MNGS co-owners, he became the first Patron of EON as it was established as a legal entity.
